What You'll Find at Headquarters Our headquarters is designed to support volunteers, candidates, and grassroots leaders across Rock Island County. At HQ you'll find: • Patriot Store featuring campaign signs, patriotic merchandise, and apparel • Campaign sign distribution center for Republican candidates • 11 volunteer workstations for organizing, phone calls, and outreach • Conference room for meetings and strategy sessions • Training room used for leadership development and volunteer training • Volunteer coordination center supporting precinct and township organizing Together these resources make headquarters a true grassroots operations center for Rock Island County. Our Organization Rock Island County contains 120 precincts and approximately 100,000 registered voters, organized into 37 vote centers across the county. The Rock Island County Republican Party is made up of Precinct Committeemen, who are either elected by voters in their precincts or appointed to fill vacancies. Leadership of the organization is entrusted to officers and committeemen who are elected by the precinct committeemen at the County Convention, held following each even-year primary election.
